Add Some Pizazz to the Bedroom

our Master Bedroom back wall

I was a little reluctant to use grays in my house as I am historically a warm tone girl. But the more finishes we selected the more I headed down the road to gray. I knew I needed to break it up a little in our master and I wanted a wall with some interest so we had our trim contractor do this woodwork on our headboard wall. With a charcoal gray upholstered headboard in front of it and the chunky black nightstands, I love the way it all came together and I find this room to be very serene.

Which of these ideas do you like the best? How about that niche and that rounded ceiling in the Brunella house in Italy? Gorgeous!
