Exciting Updates in Argyle!
Spring has sprung here in North Texas and everything has turned green again. Our high school freshmen are doing a wildflower project in their Biology class and it's been fun to see the wildflowers that have popped up on our Belle Cote lot.

Even more exciting than the wildflowers are the completed floor plan and elevation for the home to be constructed. The property has been surveyed (almost every tree will remain!) and we are finalizing construction documents and pricing so we can formally list the home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
The home will be a much-desired single story with over 4200 square feet of indoor living space. An angled family room with glass sliders along the back wall will give the homeowner a beautiful view of the rural back property and an indoor/outdoor feel along with the large outdoor covered living space.
Although plans are moving forward daily to construct this gorgeous home, there is still plenty of time for a homeowner to add their personal touches.
